And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shmaryahu Bensoussan!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Meyer slams his shin into Bensoussan's torso.
Meyer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Josh Meyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meyer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Bensoussan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bensoussan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Meyer.

Bensoussan moves to clinch but Meyer breaks away
enabling Meyer to counter with a crisp jab.
Meyer scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Meyer lands with a thumping leg kick.
That kick from Meyer tenderised Bensoussan's leg. Bensoussan is trying to keep his angry face on.
Meyer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bensoussan circles away quickly and effectively.
Bensoussan was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Meyer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Meyer thumps Bensoussan with a low kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Meyer, right into the meat.
Meyer thuds his shin into the meat of Bensoussan's side.
Bensoussan looks winded!
Bensoussan misses with an uppercut. Meyer saw that one coming.

Crunch! Meyer slams his shin into Bensoussan's torso.

Meyer lands a big right hand that sends Bensoussan crashing to the mat! Meyer stays standing though and waves Bensoussan back to his feet!

It looks like Shmaryahu Bensoussan has been cut.
Meyer throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Meyer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Meyer sends Bensoussan crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Meyer is motioning to the referee to let Bensoussan up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Bensoussan is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bensoussan on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Bensoussan seems to have recovered his senses.
Bensoussan's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Meyer buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Meyer weaves into range and cracks Bensoussan right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Bensoussan goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Meyer is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
