Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yakovchenko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Perfect throws a leg kick which misses Yakovchenko's front leg but catches the back leg as Yakovchenko tries to avoid it.
Sloppy strikes from Yakovchenko. Those never looked like landing.
Perfect drives through with a takedown into guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Perfect connects with a nice short shot to Yakovchenko's temple.

That was a close round but I would say that Igor Yakovchenko will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Perfect lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Yakovchenko is pressed up against the cage. Perfect has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Yakovchenko down to the mat. Yakovchenko avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Perfect changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yakovchenko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Perfect! Yakovchenko is hurt baaadly! Perfect is firing away with more strikes - Yakovchenko is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
