The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Still in the clinch, Turner scores with a nice short uppercut.

Turner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Laureana. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Laureana.
Turner feints and then cracks Laureana's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Laureana down.

A little jabbing left from Turner on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Laureana tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Turner defends well and Laureana ends up having to push Turner into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Good leg kick by Turner there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Turner has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Laureana throws a right and a left that Turner avoids nicely.
Turner dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Laureana. That did some damage!
