The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Anderson seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Janssen slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Janssen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Janssen is trying to control the position but Anderson postures up.
Anderson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Janssen looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Janssen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Anderson defends it easily.
Anderson won't allow Janssen to sweep him here.

Anderson passes into half guard.
Janssen is trying to control but can't.
Janssen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Janssen is trying to maintain the position but Anderson is very close to passing his half guard.
Janssen tries to get to full guard but Anderson has control of the leg.

Janssen has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Anderson. Oh but Janssen has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Anderson goes limp - he's gone! Janssen jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
