Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Sander!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sander closes the distance and clinches.
Wilkinson stalling against the cage.

Wilkinson gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Sander pushes Wilkinson off but Wilkinson dives into side control.
Sander really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wilkinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wilkinson decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sander to his feet.

Sander closes the distance and pushes Wilkinson back into the cage.
Wilkinson effectively controlling the action here.
Wilkinson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wilkinson just leaning against Sander, taking a breather.
Sander trying to land knees to the body.
Wilkinson avoids a wild elbow strike from Sander.
Wilkinson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sander can't break the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Wilkinson.

Wilkinson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sander uses from the top position.

Wilkinson wriggles free and stands up.

Sander has managed to clinch.
Sander misses with an elbow strike.
Sander jumps guard but Wilkinson stands there with Sander around his waist. Sander gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Wilkinson successfully pulls guard.
Wilkinson is pulling down on Sander's head. It's preventing any offense from Sander, at least for the moment.

Wilkinson is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
A nice left hand lands by Wilkinson.
Sander is looking to break free of the clinch but Wilkinson has double underhooks.
Sander tries to stall but Wilkinson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Wilkinson lands a nice uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sander is looking to control Wilkinson's arms but Wilkinson gets an underhook and turns him. Now Sander has his back to the cage.

Wilkinson turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wilkinson working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Wilkinson decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Sander has his takedown stuffed

and Wilkinson counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Sander tries to pull guard but Wilkinson holds him up against the cage and eventually Sander drops back down to his feet.
Erasmo Wilkinson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Sander.

Sander tries to stall but Wilkinson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Wilkinson has picked Sander up - he's going for a ride! Wilkinson dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Sander is trying to escape back to his feet but Wilkinson uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Sander looks winded!

Wilkinson has an Americana. Sander didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Wilkinson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Wilkinson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
