Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thanh Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Ezell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ezell throws a lazy head kick
and Ezell takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fox could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Ezell shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Fox napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Fox wants to control but Ezell postures up.
Fox is trying to get back to his feet.
Ezell scores with a couple of short elbows.
Fox is trying to control Ezell's posture but Ezell avoids it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ezell tries to move into full mount but can't pass Fox's legs.

Ezell in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
You can see the frustration on Fox's face as Ezell controls the position.
Ezell's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Fox is trying to buck Ezell off.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ezell looks up at the clock and then as Fox takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ezell smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fox knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ezell on the ground.
Ezell moves into full mount!
Ezell lands with some strikes.

Ezell is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Fox can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ezell tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Fox tries to improve his position but instead Ezell has taken his back!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ezell keeps control of the position easily here as Fox tries to buck him off.

Ezell has Fox flattened out and is raining down punches.
Ezell lands a shot to the head.
Ezell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Fox is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Ezell gets his way!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Ezell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fox, pushing him back against the cage.

Ezell has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Fox clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Ezell lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Ezell.
Fox trying to get back to his feet but Ezell is in full control for now.

Ezell working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Ezell has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Fox is covering up but some of the strikes from Ezell are getting through and doing damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ezell slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Ezell is looking to finish with some ground and pound!

Ezell is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Fox might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Fox is in a bad position with Ezell working for a choke. Fox manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Ezell holds on and takes a little breather.

Ezell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fox gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Charles Ezell has got the better of the ground game so far.
Ezell is adopting a defensive guard.

Fox is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Ezell is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Ezell has escaped and now he's on top!

Ezell is nestled in close to Fox, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Fox wants to get back to his feet.
Ezell works his foot free and advances to mount.
Ezell forces the positional change into back control.

Ezell lands a shot to the body.
Fox is taking damage to the body and head.
Good control from Ezell.

Charles Ezell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Ezell throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Fox stumbling backwards into the cage! Fox bounces back off the cage towards Ezell, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Ezell lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Ezell celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
