Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gianpaolo Volpicelli!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Washington tries to clinch there but Volpicelli circles away.
Washington showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Volpicelli.
Washington is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Volpicelli.
Volpicelli missing with a left hand there. Washington was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Washington went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Washington darts in and clinches Volpicelli up against the cage.

That was a close round but I would say that Denver Washington will probably get the nod.
