Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Dann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sonny White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sonny White!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dann bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
White blocks a head kick by Dann.

White gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dann to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dann postures up.
Dann postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Dann scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Dann stands up from guard. Let's bang!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White looks for a takedown but Dann sprawls well.
Dann throws a big counter combination but White scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Dann fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with White, pushing him back against the cage.

Dann breaks from the clinch.

White pulls out of a head kick attempt.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dann circles away.
Dann throws a leg kick which misses White's front leg but catches the back leg as White tries to avoid it.

Dann dives in and scores a takedown into White's guard.
Dann passes easily into side control. Nice work.
White is letting Dann control him for a moment.

Dann stands up and beckons White to his feet.

Dann drives through with a takedown into White's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Dann seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
White has momentary wrist control but Dann slips an elbow through the middle.
Dann is stalling in the full guard.
Dann passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dann is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. White is trying to escape and Dann transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and White is forced to tap! Nice work there by Dann! Very nice indeed!
