Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Vladimirovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinz Doofenshmirtz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Vladimirovich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 20 - 1, fighting out of London, Heinz Doofenshmirtz!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vladimirovich fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Doofenshmirtz manages to avoid it.
Doofenshmirtz lunges at Vladimirovich with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Vladimirovich's hand.


It looks like Vladimir Vladimirovich has been cut.
Vladimirovich looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Doofenshmirtz misses with a kick to the body.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Vladimirovich.
Doofenshmirtz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Vladimirovich moves out of range of the body kick from Doofenshmirtz.
Vladimirovich drops down looking for a counter takedown but Doofenshmirtz sprawls and moves away.
Doofenshmirtz looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Doofenshmirtz tries to bum rush Vladimirovich with a series of wild strikes but Vladimirovich uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Vladimirovich's jab looks to have found its range, popping Doofenshmirtz under the eye.

Doofenshmirtz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Doofenshmirtz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Vladimirovich defends it easily.

Doofenshmirtz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vladimirovich sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Doofenshmirtz's guard.

Doofenshmirtz sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Doofenshmirtz tries to get to full guard but Vladimirovich has control of the leg.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Doofenshmirtz wants to control but Vladimirovich is keeping busy and won't allow it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vladimirovich is trying to control the action in half guard but Doofenshmirtz is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Doofenshmirtz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vladimirovich defends well.

Vladimirovich doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vladimirovich manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Vladimirovich shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Doofenshmirtz but Doofenshmirtz pushes him off and we're back to square one.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Doofenshmirtz enables Vladimirovich to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Doofenshmirtz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Vladimirovich thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Doofenshmirtz has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Vladimirovich is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Doofenshmirtz.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Doofenshmirtz lands with a thumping leg kick.
Doofenshmirtz connects with a good right hand that stumbles Vladimirovich. Vladimirovich circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Vladimirovich checks a leg kick.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vladimirovich wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Vladimirovich avoids the body shot from Doofenshmirtz.
Doofenshmirtz ducks right into an uppercut from Vladimirovich.


It looks like Heinz Doofenshmirtz has been cut.
Vladimirovich tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Doofenshmirtz was well out of range. Poor timing from Vladimirovich.

Doofenshmirtz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Vladimirovich has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Doofenshmirtz misses the jab.
Doofenshmirtz feints and then cracks Vladimirovich's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vladimirovich down.
Vladimirovich uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Doofenshmirtz.
Doofenshmirtz needs to keep his hands up - Vladimirovich had a free shot at his head there.
Doofenshmirtz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vladimirovich circles away quickly and effectively.
Doofenshmirtz attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Doofenshmirtz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Vladimirovich scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Doofenshmirtz is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Vladimirovich can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vladimir Vladimirovich!
Vladimir Vladimirovich spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
