Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garik Harlamov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Breneman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 43 - 27 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Garik Harlamov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adam Breneman!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harlamov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Harlamov had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Breneman defends it easily.

Harlamov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Breneman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Breneman throws a shot from downtown. Harlamov moves away and avoids it.
Harlamov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

It looks like Garik Harlamov has been cut.
Harlamov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Breneman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Harlamov on his heels. He'll look to pass Harlamov's guard now, I'm sure.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Breneman seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Breneman is nestled in close to Harlamov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Breneman softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Harlamov is out cold! Breneman jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

A very excited looking Adam Breneman rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
