Franklin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tron Cat- Tyler, The Creator. Max Tauer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tauer's jab looks to have found its range, popping Franklin under the eye.

Franklin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tauer on his heels. He'll look to pass Tauer's guard now, I'm sure.

Franklin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tauer can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tauer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Franklin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tauer has managed to get both his arms back between Franklin's legs - danger averted.
Tauer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Franklin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tauer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
