The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Karamyenyan shoots in and bounces Moreira off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Karamyenyan not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Moreira throws a looping overhand right but Karamyenyan ducks down to avoid it.

Karamyenyan knocks Moreira to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Moreira is rocked!

Oh Moreira is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Moreira is looking for a sweep.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Karamyenyan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Karamyenyan scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Moreira is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Karamyenyan can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
