Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Theron Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juu Dyon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Velasquez tries to keep at a distance but Dyon has taken the fight into the clinch.

Dyon tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Dyon looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Dyon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Velasquez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Velasquez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dyon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Velasquez defends well.

Dyon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Velasquez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Velasquez is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Dyon has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Velasquez is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Dyon.

Velasquez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Dyon pushes a forearm under Velasquez's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Velasquez is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
