The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bailey wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Bailey lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Project stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bailey swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Project is trying to get an arm triangle but Bailey is defending well.
Bailey is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Phoenix Mixed Martial Arts, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Bailey counters with a three punch combo that has Project backing up. Project nods at Bailey to acknowledge the strikes.

Project goes for a double leg but Bailey avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bailey continues to drive forward.

Project changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bailey tries to avoid it but Project manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bailey to the ground. Bailey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Convicted Project's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Bailey wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Project is still on wobbly legs! Can Bailey finish him?
Project fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bailey paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bailey ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Project's jaw. Project's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Bailey does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
