Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bud Dodson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daerion Leafshard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bud Dodson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leafshard swinging wildly here.
Leafshard misses with a hook to the body

and Dodson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Dodson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Leafshard misses with a series of wild punches.
Dodson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Leafshard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dodson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Leafshard looks to land a combination but Dodson avoids it well.
Dodson slips a jab and a cross from Leafshard.
Dodson wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Dodson shoots in and drives through. Leafshard sprawls well.

Dodson slips a straight right by Leafshard.
No joy there for Leafshard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Leafshard tries to bum rush Dodson with a series of wild strikes but Dodson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Leafshard falls off balance throwing a combination

and Dodson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Leafshard prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bud Dodson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dodson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Dodson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Leafshard walks away with a smile on his face. Dodson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Leafshard throws a series of punches but Dodson avoids them all with ease.
Leafshard misses with a series of wild punches.
Leafshard throws a left and a right that both miss

and Dodson counters by moving into the clinch.
Dodson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Leafshard avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Dodson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sloppy strikes from Leafshard. Those never looked like landing.

Leafshard misses with the combination.
Dodson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Leafshard counters with a series of strikes. Dodson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Leafshard throws out a powerful jab.

Dodson is rocked!
Leafshard lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dodson circles away quickly and effectively.
Dodson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Oh Dodson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Leafshard knocks Dodson out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
