Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Inigo Montoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfonso Garrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alfonso Garrett will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montoya throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Garrett was covering up waiting for the punch and Montoya finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Garrett has his foot on Montoya's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Montoya works his way back into a safe position though.

Montoya's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Montoya shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Garrett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Montoya. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Garrett has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Montoya is working away from the top position though.
