Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between TJ De Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Goat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Santos's entrance music is 25 Ta Life - Fight Dirty. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goat is trying hard to land a takedown here. De Santos sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
De Santos pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Goat is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Goat throws a body shot but no joy.
Goat shoots for a takedown but De Santos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
De Santos thumps Goat with a low kick.

and Goat counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

De Santos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if De Santos tries to get out of the position.

De Santos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goat on the ground.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Goat lands a couple of decent looking shots.

De Santos has his hands on Goat's head, controlling the position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Goat displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as De Santos throws out the jab.
Goat fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. De Santos looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

De Santos throws a hook but Goat blocks it.
De Santos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
De Santos lands with a straight right. Goat didn't see that one coming.
Goat walks into a jab.
De Santos slaps away a takedown attempt from Goat, before circling back to the center of the mat.
TJ De Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Goat.
De Santos throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
We've been told by De Santos's head coaches at Archon Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
De Santos delivers a nice body kick.

Goat wants to pass to mount but De Santos is defending the position.
Goat perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Goat throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

De Santos wants to improve his position but Goat is controlling well.
Goat uses his free foot to push down on De Santos's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for De Santos.

Goat throws a wild left hand from mount and De Santos manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.
Goat is looking to take a break and control but De Santos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
De Santos wants to control but Goat is keeping busy and won't allow it.

De Santos is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Goat has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! De Santos is tapping! This fight is all over!
