Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Atlas Metaxas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ezekiel Puchowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Puchowski has chosen Code Orange - My World as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ezekiel Puchowski was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ezekiel Puchowski!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metaxas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Puchowski.
Metaxas takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Puchowski has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Metaxas.
Puchowski swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Puchowski misses with a lunging right hand
and Metaxas counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Puchowski throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Metaxas buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Puchowski throws a right hand that misses
and Metaxas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A slapping body kick lands there for Metaxas.
Puchowski takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Metaxas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Puchowski. That did some damage!
Puchowski's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Puchowski duly obliges.
Puchowski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Metaxas moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Puchowski throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Metaxas moves away from the strike by Puchowski.
A counter left hand to the body from Metaxas misses its target.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Puchowski swings away with a body shot that misses
and Metaxas counters with a big head kick but Puchowski shrugs it off.
Puchowski lands a glancing blow to the side of Metaxas's head.
Puchowski fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Metaxas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Puchowski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Metaxas clinches with his opponent.
Metaxas lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Metaxas lands a body punch in the clinch.
Puchowski is trying to force a seperation but Metaxas has the dominant position.
A body shot lands from Metaxas.
Metaxas scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Puchowski manages to break the clinch.
Puchowski misses with a wild body shot.
Metaxas scores with a jab to the jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Puchowski rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Metaxas counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Puchowski thinking.
Puchowski looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Puchowski falls off balance throwing a combination
and Metaxas counters with a nice low kick that buckles Puchowski's knee momentarily.
Puchowski looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Metaxas throws a leg kick which misses Puchowski's front leg but catches the back leg as Puchowski tries to avoid it.
Puchowski misses with a left hand
and Metaxas makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Puchowski really felt that one!
Puchowski walks into a left hand.
Metaxas lands a big right hand that sends Puchowski crashing to the mat! Metaxas stays standing though and waves Puchowski back to his feet!
Puchowski is rocked!
It looks like Ezekiel Puchowski has been cut.
Metaxas feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Puchowski collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Atlas Metaxas!
