Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Machio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silent Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ralph Machio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Silent Bob!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob lands with a nice body punch.
Bob tests Machio's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Bob throws a leg kick but Machio sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bob cracks Machio with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We've been informed that Bob has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Bob connects with a solid leg kick.
Bob lands with a straight right. Machio didn't see that one coming.
Machio fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Machio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bob tries to avoid it but Machio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bob to the ground. Bob escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bob is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Bob throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Bob stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Machio is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bob lets loose with a powerful body kick. Machio will feel that in the morning.

That's time! Machio's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Bob dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Machio. That did some damage!

Bob throws a nice looking combination but Machio bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bob clobbers Machio with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Bob is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Machio with a body shot.

Bob fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Machio has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bob has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bob feints and then cracks Machio's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Machio down.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bob wants to land a leg kick but Machio is out of range.
Bob throws a body shot but no joy.
Machio fails with a takedown attempt.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bob darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bob misses with a low kick.
Bob avoids the head kick by Machio.

Bob is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Machio presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bob creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Bob's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Bob scores with a sloppy right hand. Machio should have avoided that one.
Bob uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Bob throws a leg kick which misses Machio's front leg but catches the back leg as Machio tries to avoid it.

Machio is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Bob throws a lazy right hand but Machio sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Bob appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

It looked like Machio was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Machio shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bob sprawls well. Bob wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Machio gets slowly back to his feet.

Machio shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bob as he avoids it easily.
Machio looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Bob moves into range and connects with a jab.

Bob tries to work over Machio's front leg with a kick but Machio checks it.
Bob scores with a punch to the head.

Bob jabs Machio to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Silent Bob comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bob has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
