The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods avoids a kick to the body.
Woods cracks Power with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Woods has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Power to stand back up!
It looks like Solomon Power has been cut.
Woods moves into the clinch.
Woods escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Power gets tackled into the cage by Woods. Woods maintains the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Woods is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Power looks winded!
Woods missing with knees to the body.
Woods prevents a takedown attempt there.
Woods leaning against his opponent.
Power takes an elbow to the temple.
Woods is struggling to control the position.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Woods takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Woods for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Woods tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Power paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Woods closes the distance and pushes Power back into the cage.

Woods cracks Power with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Power falls to his knees and Woods doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
