Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Koulouraki Souvlaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magomedrasul Khasbulaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Souvlaki kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Greek Anthem. Khasbulaev has chosen Fetty Wap - Trap Queen as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Koulouraki Souvlaki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magomedrasul Khasbulaev!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khasbulaev throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Khasbulaev thuds a left hand into Souvlaki's body.
Khasbulaev leaves Souvlaki with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Magomedrasul Khasbulaev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Khasbulaev gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Souvlaki to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Khasbulaev is looking to stand up but Souvlaki isn't so interested in that idea.

We've been hearing good reports from Souvlaki's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Khasbulaev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Souvlaki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Khasbulaev bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Souvlaki's guard.

Souvlaki has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Khasbulaev can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Souvlaki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Khasbulaev dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Souvlaki. That did some damage!

Khasbulaev lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Souvlaki falls backwards - clearly groggy! Khasbulaev dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
