The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leblanc forces Kaladze back against the cage and clinches.

Leblanc escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Leblanc bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kaladze tries to improve position but can't.
Leblanc is looking to take a break and control but Kaladze is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Leblanc is just content to waste time from the top position. Kaladze takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Leblanc wants to control from the top but Kaladze keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kaladze is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kaladze wants to take a breather but Leblanc is having none of it.
