Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexee Batman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Pong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexee Batman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batman wants to clinch.
Pong throws a body kick that misses.

Pong feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Pong works over Batman with some ground and pound from guard.
Batman really is a fat lump.
Batman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pong manages to get himself to full guard.

Batman wants to get up but he can't break Pong's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pong can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pong is adopting a defensive guard.
Pong is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Batman defends it easily.

Batman is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Batman is not going to allow Pong to sit and survive in this position.

Pong is trying to get back to his feet but Batman has full control of the position and if anything, Pong has just worked his way into a worse spot.
What can Pong do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That was a close round but I would say that Alexee Batman will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Pong closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Batman is not content to let Pong control the position.
Pong prevents Batman from improving his position.
Pong wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Batman uses the opportunity to regain full guard.

King Pong comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
