Murphy scores with a jab. Power acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Murphy moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Power throws a looping overhand right but Murphy ducks down to avoid it.
Murphy getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Murphy is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Murphy throws a nice looking combination but Power bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Power shoots for a double leg takedown but Murphy sprawls well. He's pushed Power's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Michael Murphy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Murphy uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Murphy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Power feints the counter takedown.

Murphy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

and Power counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Murphy!

Power tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Power tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Power has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Murphy wants to control but Power postures up.

Power has hold of Murphy's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Murphy tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Power cranks the arm and Murphy screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Murphy, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
