Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joseph Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Sands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sands has chosen Hip Hop - By: Dead Prez as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Joseph Duffy has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Joseph Duffy seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sands swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sands looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sands fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Duffy avoids it really well and circles away.

Duffy stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Duffy wants it to stay on the feet.
Duffy seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Sands drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sands jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sands has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duffy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Duffy ducks straight into an uppercut from Sands and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Duffy manages to regain guard straight away.

Sands is working Duffy over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Sands loads up on a big left hand. Duffy felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Sands looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Duffy can't hide his disappointment, as Sands celebrates the victory.
