The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abate tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Reem misses with a body shot.
Reem scores with a jab to the jaw.
Abate lands with a nice combination. Reem backs away looking to recover.
Reem throws out a loose jab but Abate uses good head movement to avoid it.
Reem fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A right-left combo lands from Reem.
Abate misses with a head kick.
Abate misses with a straight left.
Reem lands a left and a right that send Abate crashing to the mat, dazed. Reem thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Abate is rocked!
