Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Vince Sentro and Garik Andonian. Chooooooooon! I think Sentro might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Metallica - St. Anger. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Andonian clinches.
Sentro tries to score a body lock takedown but Andonian shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sentro fails to pull guard.
Andonian tries to pull guard but Sentro holds him up against the cage and eventually Andonian drops back down to his feet.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Andonian can do anything to dispel that myth.
Sentro is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Sentro controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sentro seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Andonian for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sentro has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sentro tries to free his leg and advance position but Andonian is retaining full guard.
Andonian can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sentro controls the pace.
Sentro passes Andonian's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Sentro is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Andonian sees it coming and defends easily.
Andonian tries to get to full guard but Sentro has control of the leg.

Andonian really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sentro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Andonian is desperately trying to improve his position but Sentro has a good base and remains in mount.
Sentro takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
