The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ferreira bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Paulsen's head.

Ferreira throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Paulsen sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Ferreira darts in and clinches Paulsen up against the cage.
Paulsen wants to get back to striking at distance but Ferreira won't allow it.
Paulsen has had enough of the clinch but Ferreira keeps him there for the moment.

Paulsen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ferreira.

Ferreira now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Paulsen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Ferreira drops Paulsen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paulsen looks back up at him and smiles so Ferreira waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Paulsen is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ferreira fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Paulsen out cold! Brutal finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Marco Ferreira!
As Marco Ferreira got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Nice to fuck up a Wolf fighter but I hope he will be OK, but he went down so fucking hard man. I bring WAR!'.
