Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Apollo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apollo avoids the body shot from Halo.
Halo misses with an uppercut. Apollo saw that one coming.
Apollo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Apollo tries for a takedown but Halo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Halo tries to counter with a takedown but Apollo is quick to defend against it.
Apollo throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Halo throws an overhand right that lands on Apollo's shoulder, as Apollo tries to avoid the shot.
Halo backing away here, and Apollo unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Apollo lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Apollo has his takedown stuffed

and Halo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Apollo scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Halo manages to mount him!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Apollo is wriggling around trying to escape.
Halo lands a big shot there that rocks Apollo but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

It looks like Mikey Apollo has been cut.

Halo lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Halo with a couple of short strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Halo postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Apollo looks a forlorn figure.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Halo cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That has opened up Mikey Apollo's cut even more.

Halo lands a couple of good shots and Apollo has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Mikey Apollo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mikey Apollo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
