The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cpw fails in his attempt to clinch.

and Winchester counters with a good, hard body kick but Cpw shrugs it off.
Cpw closes the distance and pushes Winchester back into the cage.

Winchester fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cpw.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cpw tries to close the distance and clinch but Winchester swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Good leg kick by Winchester there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Cpw goes for a double leg but Winchester avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Winchester continues to drive forward.
Winchester drops Cpw with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Cpw! Winchester dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
