Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Beast Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Kokane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kokane comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Escape From the Madness kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kokane looks to score with a jab to the body but Boy is just out of range.
Boy connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Jerry Kokane has been cut.

and Boy counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kokane has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Kokane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Boy doesn't seem bothered though.
Boy motions for Kokane to come forward. Boy throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Kokane pushes Boy up against the cage in a clinch.
Boy misses with a hook from the clinch.
Boy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Kokane digs a right hand underneath Boy's ribcage. Boy let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Boy swings wildly with an uppercut but Kokane uses good head movement to avoid it.

Boy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kokane counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

A quick step to the side and Boy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Kokane thows a left - swing and a miss!
Boy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kokane was well out of range. Poor timing from Boy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jerry Kokane will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Boy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kokane sees it coming and avoids it easily.
