Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danilo Capistrano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hugo Perry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Danilo Capistrano!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Capistrano moves into the clinch.
Perry avoiding damage as Capistrano throws knees to the body.

Capistrano gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Perry manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Capistrano keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Perry manages to break the clinch.
Perry shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Capistrano as he avoids it easily.
Capistrano fails to land with a series of punches.

Capistrano gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Perry wants a takedown.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Perry is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Capistrano is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Perry can't fight it off and eventually Capistrano manages to take the fight to the floor. Perry looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Capistrano trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Perry is looking for a triangle here but Capistrano uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Perry is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Perry sneaks back into half guard.
Capistrano lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Perry! More strikes land and this one is all over! Capistrano jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

A very excited looking Danilo Capistrano rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
