The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Win dives in and scores a takedown into Briggs's guard.
Win postures up.
Briggs wants to stand and escape but Win is having none of it.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Win's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Win throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Briggs works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Win keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Briggs's head.
Win missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Briggs has momentary wrist control but Win slips an elbow through the middle.
Win engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Win lands a couple of decent looking shots.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Win postures up in Briggs's guard and throws a big left but Briggs blocks it.
Briggs pulls Win in close to prevent any damage.
Briggs is trying to control the position but Win postures up.

Win throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Win throwing strikes but missing.
Win stands up over Briggs, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Briggs is looking to sweep but instead, Win has passed into half guard.
Briggs is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Win scores with a couple of nice shots.
Briggs is trying to stand.
Win thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Briggs's head.
Win thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Briggs is trying to stand back up but Win is controlling him

Win is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Briggs is hurt! He's hurt bad - Win fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Briggs from any more punishment! Congratulations to Win! Great finish!
