Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sydney Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Anderson Silva has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Anderson Silva seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter throws a shot from downtown. Silva moves away and avoids it.
Fighter throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease.
Fighter misses with a body punch
and Silva connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fighter with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Silva slips under a jab from Fighter.
Silva avoids the body shot from Fighter.
Fighter throws a predictable looking body shot
and Silva counters with a nice uppercut.
Fighter misses with an uppercut. Silva saw that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fighter takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fighter ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Silva dodges the punch combination from Fighter.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fighter stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Silva moves away from the strike by Fighter.
Fighter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Silva drops Fighter with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fighter looks back up at him and smiles so Silva waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Fighter is rocked!
Sydney Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva cracks Fighter with a left hook right on the temple and Fighter goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Silva lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Fighter is OK!
