The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster takes a swing at Wilkinson's ribcage but misses.
Monster looks to score with a jab to the body but Wilkinson is just out of range.
Monster throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilkinson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Monster.
Monster misses with a left hand
and Wilkinson counters with a left and a right that stings Monster.
Wilkinson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Monster.

Wilkinson clinches with his opponent.

Monster has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Wilkinson regains guard immediately.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Monster is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Wilkinson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Monster on the ground.
Monster prevents Wilkinson from getting back to his feet.
Monster trying to control the position from guard on top but Wilkinson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Monster wants to sweep but no luck.
Wilkinson is looking to stand up but Monster won't let him.
