Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between I Am (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ulrik Meyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Am comes to the cage accompanied by Mobb Deep - Shook Ones Part II. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meyer with a nice cross.
Meyer slips a jab and a cross from Am.
Am throws a half hearted mid kick.
Meyer throws a nice inside leg kick.
Am just misses with a punch to the body.
Am digs a good hook to Meyer's body.
A head kick by Meyer misses
and Am counters with a nice uppercut.
A solid body kick from Meyer.
No joy there for Am, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Meyer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Am. That did some damage!
Am throws a chopping leg kick but Meyer manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Am takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Meyer throws a series of strikes that have Am backpedaling.
Meyer ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Meyer attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Am swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Meyer counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Meyer slips a jab from Am.
Meyer swings widly with a right hand
enabling Am to counter with a crisp jab.
Meyer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Am misses with a body shot.
Meyer looks to land a right hand but Am moved out of range.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Am!
Meyer uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Am has time to react.
Meyer throws a lazy head kick
and Am counters with a left to the body.
Am takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Meyer scores with a nice strike.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Meyer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Am was well out of range. Poor timing from Meyer.
Meyer motions for Am to come forward. Meyer throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Am misses with an attempted mid kick.
Am lands a head kick. Meyer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

A looping hook to the body misses from Meyer. Am does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Meyer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Am swings for the body but Meyer moves out of range.
Meyer swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Meyer misses with a straight left.
Meyer clinches up against the cage.
Am lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Am changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Meyer fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Meyer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Meyer moves into range and clinches up with Am.
Am blocks an uppercut.
Am jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Meyer walks away with a smile on his face. Am gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Meyer pushes Am away with a front kick.

Am throws a body kick that misses.
Meyer throws an overhand right that lands on Am's shoulder, as Am tries to avoid the shot.
Am seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
An inside leg kick lands from Am.
Meyer is looking to clinch.
Am feinted with a counter takedown.
Meyer just misses with a punch to the body.
Meyer swings for the body but Am moves out of range.
Meyer moves away from the strike by Am.
Meyer raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Am walks into a left hand.
Am takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Meyer avoids the body shot from Am.
Meyer misses with a hook.
Meyer pushes Am up against the cage in a clinch.
Meyer's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Meyer tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Am's elbow.

Meyer misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Meyer looking to stall.
Meyer prevents a body shot from Am.
Am swings wildly with an uppercut but Meyer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Meyer prevents Am from breaking the clinch.

Am's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Am lands a glancing blow to the side of Meyer's head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Meyer has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

A close round but Ulrik Meyer will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Meyer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Am.
Am lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Meyer circles away quickly and effectively.
A good leg kick by Am.
Am's jab looks to have found its range, popping Meyer under the eye.
Meyer looks to score with a jab to the body but Am is just out of range.
Am smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Am throws a right hand that Meyer ducks under and follows up with a left that Meyer also avoids with ease.
Meyer throws a lazy right hand but Am sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Am tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Meyer defends well and Am ends up having to push Meyer into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
It seemed like Meyer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Am takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Meyer is looking to clinch but Am is avoiding it.
Am on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Meyer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Am manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Am sizes up Meyer with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Am moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Meyer thuds his right hand into Am's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

and Meyer counters with a thumping low kick.
The crowd cheers as Meyer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Am doesn't seem phased though.

and Meyer counters with a nice uppercut.
Meyer gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Am to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Am trying to control the position from guard on top but Meyer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Meyer wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Am looking to sit in guard and control but Meyer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Am is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Am looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Meyer not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Am is looking for a triangle but Meyer pushes his legs off easily.
Meyer slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that I Am will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

It looked like Am wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Meyer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Am is looking to wear down Meyer with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Am throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Meyer walks forward, straight into a front kick from Am.
Meyer punishes Am's body with a nice straight punch.
Am connects with an inside leg kick.
Am keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Am takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Am is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Meyer.

and Meyer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Am shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Meyer manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Am sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Am drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Meyer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Am has Meyer in his guard.
Am wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Meyer is now in half guard.

Am wants to control but Meyer is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Am actively working from the bottom here.
Meyer tries to pass to full mount but Am defends it.
Am is trying to control but Meyer passes into side control!
Meyer content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Am is trying to control Meyer's posture but Meyer avoids it.
Am tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Meyer wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Meyer working away.
Am manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Am trying to control from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to I Am.
I think Am has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

I Am really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Sin City Allstars logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Ulrik Meyer spoke after the fight, saying 'Boss couldn't see how I could beat this kid, he was right. I tried though.'.
