The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joney connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Mercy misses the body punch
and Joney counters with a body kick that stops Mercy in his tracks momentarily.

Joney moves into the clinch successfully.

Mercy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Joney gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mercy prevents a body shot from Joney.
Joney keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mercy's efforts to push away.

Mercy is still on wobbly legs! Can Joney finish him?
Joney creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Mercy with a big uppercut! Mercy tries to clinch up but Joney pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Mercy to the mat! Mercy covers up and Joney unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
