The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by George.

Musashi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps George's head backwards.

Musashi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. George looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

George tries a quick counter leg kick but Musashi is wise to it.

Musashi lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
George scores with a nice strike.
George blocks the body kick.
George throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Musashi scores with a nice strike.
George ducks under a wild hook from Musashi.
George throws a chopping leg kick but Musashi manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Musashi scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Musashi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Musashi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Musashi on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Musashi is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
George feints and then cracks Musashi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Musashi down.
George has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
George swings away with a body shot that misses
and Musashi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Musashi moves out of range of the body kick from George.
George throws a leg kick but Musashi checks it.

Musashi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but George moves away.
George goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Musashi closes the distance and pushes George back into the cage.
George lands with a right to the head.
Musashi wants a takedown but no success here.
Musashi tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
George lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Musashi or not.
Musashi is trying to pull guard but George turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Miyamoto Musashi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
George scores with a shot to the side of Musashi's head.
Musashi jumps guard but George stands there with Musashi around his waist. Musashi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
