And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Belliveau!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dog gets caught flat footed, as Belliveau shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Dog on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dog tries to get out of the position.
Dog has momentary wrist control but Belliveau slips an elbow through the middle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dog wants to get back to his feet but Belliveau is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Dog wants to get back to his feet but Belliveau passes into half guard.
Belliveau is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Dog!
Dog is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Dog is bucking up trying to escape but Belliveau cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Belliveau lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Dog is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Belliveau lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Dog wants to try and get back to his feet.
Dog in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Belliveau postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dog looks a forlorn figure.

Dog is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dog tries to buck Belliveau off but he can't manage it.
Belliveau loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dog scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Belliveau land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Belliveau stands and salutes the crowd.
