Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shamus McGillicuddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cub Lamas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGillicuddy kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is DJ Shadow featuring Run The Jewels - Nobody Speak. Lamas comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wolf Blood kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamas misses with a jab, cross combination.
McGillicuddy throws a right and a left that both miss.

McGillicuddy pushes off an throws an elbow but Lamas leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

McGillicuddy gets through Lamas's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Lamas is trying to break the clinch but McGillicuddy has him pressed against the cage.

McGillicuddy tries to clinch but Lamas is having none of it.

McGillicuddy stuns Lamas with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lamas lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - McGillicuddy can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lamas and McGillicuddy drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lamas.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cub Lamas! Cub Lamas retains his featherweight title!
An out of breath and clearly excited Cub Lamas thanked Hellbent for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
