The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Knoxx scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Knoxx really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Halidow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Halidow desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Knoxx thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Halidow's head.
Knoxx trying to control the action but Halidow is working from the bottom.
Halidow gets full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Halidow is looking to stand up but Knoxx isn't so interested in that idea.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Knoxx has eaten all the pies!
Knoxx trying to control the position from guard on top but Halidow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Halidow pulls Knoxx in to control the position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Knoxx wants to control from the top but Halidow keeps moving.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Knoxx shoots in for a takedown but Halidow shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Knoxx shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Halidow moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Halidow on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Halidow tries to get out of the position.
Knoxx trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Halidow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Knoxx trying to control but Halidow postures up.
Halidow seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Knoxx seems a little lost for a moment, as Halidow dominates the positioning.

Halidow is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Knoxx looks calm but he's in trouble here. Halidow gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Knoxx is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Halidow lets go of the hold and Knoxx can pop his arm back in it's socket.
