Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Logan Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mee Vattalles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vattalles needs to keep his hands up - Scott had a free shot at his head there.
Scott looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Vattalles shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Vattalles was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Vattalles tries for a kimura but Scott is defending well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
You can see the frustration on Scott's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Scott holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
Vattalles wants to lay and pray for a moment but Scott keeps working.
Vattalles remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Vattalles is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Scott looks calm but he's in trouble here. Vattalles gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Scott is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Vattalles lets go of the hold and Scott can pop his arm back in it's socket.
