Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jos Beton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin comes to the cage accompanied by Get Low. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beton with a poor takedown
and Griffin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Beton tries for a takedown but Griffin circles away easily
and Griffin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Beton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Griffin is fending him off so far but Beton persists. Nope, Griffin circles away and we're back to standing.
Peter Griffin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jos Beton.

Beton feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Beton thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Griffin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Beton on the ground.
Beton pushing down on Griffin's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Griffin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Beton is working away from the top position though.
Griffin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Beton is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Beton seems to be working for a kimura but Griffin defends the submission attempt.

Beton perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Griffin slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Beton controlling from the top position.
Beton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Griffin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Beton stands and throws Griffin's legs to the side, diving into side control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Beton is trying to get an arm triangle but Griffin is defending well.

Beton is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Griffin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Beton wants to lay and pray for a moment but Griffin keeps working.

Griffin reaches up around Beton's neck trying to control. But Beton takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Griffin! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Griffin is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Beton celebrates the victory with the fans!

A relieved looking Jos Beton thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Peter Griffin spoke after the fight, saying 'I'll put on a better show next time for you all, mark my words!'.
