Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrzej Kmicic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shock Linewood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Linewood fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kmicic, pushing him back against the cage.

Linewood throws a head punch that misses.

Kmicic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Linewood blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Linewood effectively controlling the action here.
Linewood tries to stall but Kmicic uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Linewood jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kmicic walks away with a smile on his face. Linewood gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Kmicic misses with a takedown attempt - Linewood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Linewood is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kmicic had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Linewood stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Linewood wants it to stay on the feet.

Linewood fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kmicic has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Linewood drops Kmicic with a naaaaasty hook - Kmicic is in real trouble here! Linewood dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

In his post fight interview, Shock Linewood started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
