Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lee Neward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Honey Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster avoids a punch combination nicely.
A slow jab from Monster misses its intended target.
Neward uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Monster.
Neward doesn't manage to clinch there - Monster circles away.

Neward shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Monster manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Monster manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Neward manages to get himself to full guard.

Neward lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Monster is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Monster is looking to advance position but Neward won't allow it.
Monster throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Monster with the ground and pound but Neward uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Neward working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Monster.
Monster postures up in Neward's guard and throws a big left but Neward blocks it.
Monster passes Neward's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Neward keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Monster moves into full mount! Neward won't be happy about that!

Monster sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Monster looking to isolate an arm here. Neward doesn't see it coming and as Monster extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Monster!
