We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Michaels got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mcfly has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Michaels has managed to get both his arms back between Mcfly's legs - danger averted.

Mcfly has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Michaels is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Mcfly.
