Brown comes to the cage accompanied by Cannibal Corpes - Hammer smashed face. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bamgbose misses with a hook

and Brown counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Brown.
Bamgbose tries to score a body lock takedown but Brown shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Bamgbose tries to pull guard but Brown holds him up against the cage and eventually Bamgbose drops back down to his feet.

Buck Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oluwale Bamgbose.

Bamgbose fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brown avoids it really well and circles away.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bamgbose has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Bamgbose closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown is staying active underneath Bamgbose, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Brown is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Bamgbose drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bamgbose jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Brown is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Bamgbose rolls with it to try and escape but Brown cranks on the arm and Bamgbose is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
