Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Tevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tate comes to the cage accompanied by Engine No. 9. Tevez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I Remember - Deadmau5 and Kaskade kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Jackson Tate has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jackson Tate seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tate leaves Tevez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Tate is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Tevez pushes Tate off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Tevez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tevez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tate moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Jackson Tate will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Tevez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tate manages to avoid it.
Tate shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tevez but Tevez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Tate looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

As Tevez tries to get set, Tate tries to push him back and clinch up but Tevez manages to avoid the attempt.

It looked like Tate was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
