Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Sandman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivar Lodbrok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lodbrok has chosen Killing in the name of... as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivar Lodbrok!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandman looks for a takedown but Lodbrok sprawls well.
Sandman scores with a jab to the jaw.
Lodbrok lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lodbrok digs a good hook to Sandman's body.
Lodbrok tries to clinch up but Sandman circles away and keeps his distance.
Sandman listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A solid leg kick lands there for Lodbrok.
Lodbrok clinches with his opponent.
Sandman gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sandman winds up and cracks Lodbrok with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Sandman missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Sandman works his foot free and advances to mount.
Sandman lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Sandman lands a big elbow.
Lodbrok is rocked!
Lodbrok wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sandman.
Lodbrok wants to hold on but Sandman pushes him away.
Sandman looking to finish with strikes here!
Lodbrok tries to lock up and control but Sandman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Sandman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sandman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Sandman lands a big elbow.
Lodbrok is still in real trouble! Can Sandman finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sandman postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Lodbrok bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Sandman and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Sandman!
After winning the bout, The Sandman thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
