Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Patricky Freire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Where Yo Girl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freire tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yo Girl sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Freire somewhat.
Freire shoots for a takedown but Yo Girl saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A countering left hand to the body from Yo Girl misses.
Yo Girl slips a jab and a cross from Freire.
Freire closes the distance and pushes Yo Girl back into the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yo Girl stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Yo Girl wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Patricky Freire. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Freire misses with a takedown attempt - Yo Girl sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Freire looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Yo Girl is fending him off so far but Freire persists. Nope, Yo Girl circles away and we're back to standing.

Freire walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Yo Girl stalks Freire and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Freire's face. Freire staggers backwards, shaken.
Yo Girl scores with a nice body kick.
Yo Girl fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Yo Girl avoids a kick to the body.
Freire fails with a takedown attempt.
Freire gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Yo Girl counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Yo Girl defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Freire.
Yo Girl lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Yo Girl lands a high kick!
Freire is rocked!
Freire is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Yo Girl doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Freire crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Freire's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Where Yo Girl!
As Where Yo Girl got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Don't ever count me out! I came in for the knockout to prove Ray and Jay wrong and did just that. Didnt see that coming did you? Know give me my interview!'.
